The Red Lion Hotel is a 17th‑century gem, complete with original oak panelling, low beams, uneven floors and lead‑lined windows — character you simply can’t recreate. What we don’t offer are modern, identical, box‑style rooms.

£90-£125 for single occupancy per night.
£115-£220 based on 2+ people sharing.
​Prices are per night inclusive of bed, full English breakfast and VAT. All stays 2+ nights. Long stay discount available for 4+ nights.

Dogs
Well behaved dogs are welcome in rooms 9, 10 & 11, at a cost of £10.00 per dog per night. There is a max 2 dogs per room, and they must not be left unattended at any time. We ask that you bring their bedding, towels, etc and do not allow them onto the furniture or beds.
Deposit
1st nights accommodation cost per room. Deposits are not refundable if the booking is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. ​If we have to close the hotel due to local or national lock down due to the Covid-19 pandemic we will refund 100% of your deposit or enable you to reschedule to a later date subject to availability. The choice will be yours.
Camping
We are sorry, but contrary to some maps, The Red Lion Hotel no longer offers camping.
